REEDUCATION IN UROGINECOLOGICS DISFUNCTIONS

Physiotherapy professionals have a wide range of possibilities and aspects of women's health, In today's society, women's health is an important goal to address both by society and by the health system. 

The problems associated with urogenital sphere of women, until recently were considered taboo even for women themselves, however, the social demand is increasing every day coupled with lower psychological and social tolerance to these health problems by this population. 

As the scientific and medical knowledge about these diseases and dysfunctions in women has been increasing concern among health professionals has also grown. Within the staff involved in this goal are physiotherapists. 

Physiotherapy professionals have a wide range of possibilities and aspects of women's health, pursuing both a state of well-being of women and the achievement of a state of urinary and fecal continence, pelvic and proper static a full sexuality and painless, within the sphere urogynecologic and obstetric care. 

OBJECTIVES 

General Objective: To describe the functions of the pelvic floor and the consequences of its dysfunction to health and the impact on quality of life of affected patients. Identify the various pelvic floor dysfunctions with differential behavioral consequences and clinical physiotherapy approach possible. 

To promote the best possible care for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction in an interdisciplinary way, promoting, while the interaction between all health professionals. 

To train professionals for diagnosis Physiotherapy Physiotherapy by assessment procedures available, so that, from which, is able to establish the most appropriate intervention plan for each patient. Promote interdisciplinary research on pelvic floor dysfunction.
